How many Sessions do I need?

Each Body unfolds Healing at its own Pace. I currently offer 5, 7 or 10 weeks Healing course for those seeking deeper, sustained transformation but Your body leads the Timeline

Some clients experience meaningful shifts in 1 session , while others benefit from ongoing support to gently unwind long-held patterns, trauma, and nervous system conditioning.

What might I feel during and After Session?

During the session, many people experience deep relaxation, a sense of stillness, warmth, gentle physical sensations, emotional release, or subtle energetic movement. Some feel a profound calm, while others notice shifts in awareness, breath, or emotional state.
